I played a strange one today, very stubborn on the Mega Streak, when it did award it, it came out of the blue from shots at the top whilst 3 or 4 other features were still left to pick. Did this twice. I think there's a tell tale to the chip (if such a thing exists) where in normal play sometimes the reel spins stop almost together rather than normal 1-2-3 stuff.
On a completely unrelated note, the other half ripped her first lines superhold JP on Pink Panther without me there telling her what to do. Only the £5 version but she was well chuffed.

/me feeling proud
I think you could be right m8. I play this quite a lot and have noticed a change in them. I used to do well on red button basher but i've stopped taking this as it's giving just £4. It used to be good for a JP rip but now it's always costing £40+ however the MS is regularly going for £50 so it's still on me rounds at the Mo.

These on 35 are quality i have found. I mean as long as you time them right i have found to be making 70s on these and 20 at the least. Ive had MS go for 70 and then followed by a 35 MS straight after. As long as play them for the IM you will be fine (I.E three red eggs), the majority of the time the machine wil streak this way.

I've come to the conclusion that although the 'cresters seem to be on a slippery slope downwards to BFM-naffness, this isn't too bad an effort. I've only one £35 near me (never seen a £25) and have been playing it on 50p the majority of the time. However, watching a chum play it the other day on 30p, he seemed to get a lot more boards.
I suppose the real measure would be the 'value' of the boards. It may be on 30p a play, over a tenner you get say 6 boards, all of £3 in value, but on 50p play you only get 3 boards but they're all of £6 in value. Ye old swings and roundabouts I guess... Although of course, the +6% must have an impact, and I'll probably stick to 50p. It's just annoying how often it holds on the 7, then not roll in any numbers in view next press... :(

Yeah that is annoying matt. You will find though the +6% makes all the difference and you will have some great results on them. I force these when they offer skill bonus's, extra lives, loads of red hot numbers, decent features and decent cash and still do alright on them.

Indeed. Got a new 86% one here which i've not lost on yet chasing it from £4. From there you are hoping for a big top to get you through. Found one £8 ready last week though which rolled for nigh on a ton.

This m/c is still managing to do something new. I thought i'd played it enough to know exactly what it does but at the weekend after sticking around £40 through it i managed to force in the 3 red eggs for MS which went for £30. Couple of spins later bonus gave skill stop, as i looked to find the cancel button (That many machines are putting Transfer button at the end it's getting confusing) in the corner of my eye noticed the bloody thing was like a super skill stop going all the way up! i panicked and wacked it on £8 gambled to £10 and exchanged for a pretty obvious looking JP board. 3 steps/Top shots open with 6 already/Half the reel was red. Only a flat MS but some nice afters took me to over £70 off about £40.

Had that mad skillstop myself a few time. Ready for it these days.
Now have to worry about dodgy programming, one of my local CADD's is quite partial to a serial note mech error whilst completely unrelated things are going on like superhold or hi/lo'ing the feature wheel.
Not had the misfortune for it to fook up during a mega streak yet, I hope it's just an error local to this machine.

Got a complete prise in on one here today. I'd already had a £50 MS to start with, and it was still quite ready and going in again soon. Had the superboard open, with 5 shots to use and 7 things remaining. Had an extra life and one step to play with, and after a while it put me on the nasty 4+upgrade square. Went higher and got a 3....simply stepped it to the 9 to get enough shots for the MS! Flat £25 as you'd expect, but got it a good £5-£10 before it was due i reckon. Hate to think how bad next board would have been! :D

Depends how you look at it Matt. The only time I've been stung by 1 is when the note mech alarmed after I'd put £30 odd in. Piss easy to read, very rare it takes £50+ for a MS even from dead. Your just basically hoping for the roll.
I've had 1 here for about 6 weeks.
I've had a £100 MS
A £50 MS then £20 back in for a £45 MS
Twice MS'd it 1st board.
A few £20 odd in for £35 back

Not megabucks but way better than a lot of shit thats about at the moment.

Yeah you are unlikely to leave it loads down if you chase from a seemingly ok place, but it's the age oldp roblem of hoping it rolls. At least on a red you can know it will, on these it's more of a gamble, though with lower risk/reward.
