How the hells are you supposed to sleep in this heat. Its almost half four and the fucking birds are chirping thier heads off. Bring back winter!

I love the hot weather but the nights are just not very nice, i got about 3 hours sleep!!

Yeah, its a bit stifling at the moment. I think i've had about 13 hours sleep the last 2 nights, which is poor considering i have nothing to get up for!

Thankfully today is the last of the really hot days for now. Expect it to cool down to low-mid twenties for the rest of this week, before another heatwave next weekend (back close to 30c once more). I'm always keeping my eye out, as you may have already been able to tell!

I heard 2moro was going to be a stupidly hot day? I like it really hot, just wish it would cool down in the evening.

I should just go and dig the fans out but i was being lazy yesterday.

Luckily for me living on the coast in Whitby it doesnt get much past 23/24.

I couldn't bear being in london at the moment, the humidity here is almost unbearable, add another 5 degrees onto what it is here and i think i'd be dying.

Tried to play footy yesterday, and after 10 mins we were all dead, i actually have a bit of sympathy for the England players now.

I did play footy yeaterday... four 10 minute five-a-side games as part of a competition. It doesn;t sound much but it was knackering!
