o.k this is gossip so i'll put it here ,link have recently decided enough is enough and called in the police to investigate a series of thefts that have been going on for sometime from their machines ,mainly at services. seems that there are 2, 3 man gangs in possession of link masterkey sets including datapaks and alarm keys.detectives have taken dna samples from various sites.
my source informed me that the numbers involved are a 6 figure sum in the region of 200,000 pounds.rather than go round changing all the locks they have seemed to prefer the under the carpet option ,keeping the hit sites in the dark and righting the loss off as poor custom(not 100pc sure on the truth of the last sentence,but sounds suitably scandalous for a gossip thread

)
apparently one of these key sets has been in use for a very looooooooooooong time!

I thought that most of the video fruit machines in casinos are now on a networked client/server setup and that their entire behavior can be monitored from the office. And in a casino there is nowhere where you are not on CCTV (other than the toilets I presume

I went into a srvices the other week. 5 or 6 fruits.... all had the notey off, 2 were IOU and the change machine outside had been robbed and was covered in police tape.

Anyone else see this.
