Funnily, I just downloaded a good piece of clean-up software yesterday - it's free'd up a good 10gb of space, and disabled a lot of non-essential running processes. My laptop is noticeably faster now!

Now, the funny part is, I can't fully remember the name of it, and I'm at the office now. I 'think' it's called "Registry Free" or "Registry Clean". I'll double check this evening and let you know. Try typing one of these into *cough* Megadownload *cough* and see what comes up.

It also deleted 1300+ 'duplicate' files, which I was completely unaware of! (Be careful with this though, as some of the duplicate files you do need - but it does alert you to that fact!)
