i'm sure we've all made a few quid out of his early machines but they've taken over the country and i'm sick of seeing his smug face, i don't mind the programme but something about him just really winds me up, his silly jokes etc :x :x :x :x

maybe its just me

I've never found him too annoying. A tiny wee bit smug, glib and ever so slightly naff, well yes.
When DOND (The TV Programme) first came out it was something that I would change channel to see. Now however if I had to choose between watching paint dry and DOND, then the latter would still be my choice, but only just.
I don't know if viewing figures reflect this, but surely it can't be too long until BFG need to look for a new licence to thrash the hell out of.

For those of you who can't stand him on TV or in the pub then check this out

(6:15 in) Take care and I really do mean, take care.

:P :P :P

I think Edmonds tried to sue Chris Morris over this satire. I'm not sure if he 'got a lot of money' or not, I'll search for it now.

Just got home from my scotland tour.

Edinburgh was huge, didn't see any players anywhere in my 3 days there. Best bit - unchipped p5 with £180 in (players? pffft! What players!) which swiftly got banked for £15. You snooze, you lose fellas. It's still off today, as i checked this morning  A few reds around the city which were nice and friendly, a flash cash which went in first board was also a treat. Played an Indiana Jones for the first time which i liked too, found a p1 cluedo tucked away just off the city centre which was full and went in off quids. I decided to visit elsewhere after my red burning session. Decided on Livingston (wish i hadn't bothered...), made a score on a CLT and a few quid on a SMTM then left with nothing to do.

Glasgow yesterday, who the hell does this place? No-one? Walked into spoons for a HOF which i got off £19, and a Monopoly off £11. Nice start. Another bar with Indiana and Monopoly returned more nuggets. Maybe everyones banned? A pay cheque spotted, though with celtic playing i couldn't get near it. Left it alone. A SMTM in a backstreet local bar did me & partner to the tune of £76 after some horrible pissing around. Hrmph.
Now, we went into this arcade. Not a chain one. Some scottish bloke started spewing some incomprehesible glaswegian at me, to which i agreed and preteneded i knew what he was saying. Asked where from etc, then clocked we were players. I was on a nurses which was £2.40 ready, and had made £17 in milks already when he turned off the ziggy near it. Strange, but he walked off. Thought i'd make a few quid on the £5 panther while it was there. He walks over as i wedge a ITP off £2 and says 'aye! that's why i turned that one off there! I know theres a scam on it. Scam on here too is there? Right, 2 secs lads. He goes and gets a camera, takes our photos without asking, then promptly tells us to do one and leave. 'Can't have ye in here lads. Your too good for this place, go to nobles and rinse them, but not here'. Grrr, no wonder that nurses was so ready. Tried nobles, but cluedo wasn't in the mood for a dabble. Off we went into the afternoon, where it got great! COB in yates does £70 off £55. A solitary p2 cluedo in a bar turns into a £3 loss.
More wandering finds a lucky devil and another monopoly. LD was no good, but monopoly throws in GWL lines early and even offers SH. Free pot and SAD to follow, £42 uppage there. Then it gets old skool....a LAB in a pub! Happy days! £18 off, £45 for £50 and £10 afters only makes a tenner, but that'll do. Round the corner we find a £35 OAR and some elvis impulse game. Never seen that, so didn't bother. OAR £8 off and naturally red to start, £19 for £70, then £35 straight after. £80 up! Over the road and it gets better. A wobbler! Stack Attack! Quality. SA not ready, but a SH off £12 on wobbler is fine. Long 10 hour day in Glasgow over, headed back to Edinburgh fot the eve, before the long 5 hours home this morning. Not a bad weekend, and Tim Vine was amazing as ever. 8)

Well if they are going to leave that amount in it then its deserved if you ask me! Good weekend indeed. Glad to be home though, i much prefer living dahn sahf to up north! Once i get further than York i feel like im on another planet really

Accent wise....its weird. They can't understand me half the time and i certainly never understand them a lot of the time. I asked for a bottle of bud and a half a cider and black in a pub. My reply? Sorry, we only do bottled bud, and was that a cider and coke? D'oh!

I just got a bit carried away, the p5 is right in front of the bar and i'd lost track of what was left in so didn't bother keying it to see where i was. Like i said, i don't live there so i really couldn't give a monkeys to be honest. It's 350 miles from here, and i won't be back in a hurry. Cut throat game, and it's someone elses problem now. If someone did a number on anything here i wouldn't give a rats arse either. Some people take this way too seriously....

People have to take it seriously if they rely on it as their source of income.......its not intelligent to iou any machine really sepcially if it has 180 in it..did it ever cross your mind that it might have that much in it as to leave the punters in the pub thinkin something else about the machine???? u have no clue by the sounds of your punting seshion of a dayz work, and your trip to glasgow sounds amateur at best..
