NEARLY FELL OFF MY STOOL ..... !!!!!!!!

Post by wires74 »

On a PARAGON today I was playing trivial pursuit got through the first two categories and was slightly concerned about the difficulty of the questions, anyway safely negotiated them and got on entertainment portion for a pound to be met with 99 FUCKIN QUESTIONS I repeat 99 FUCKIN QUESTIONS. I have seen some doctoring over the years but that is ridiculous !.

Awesome. Suggests someone somewhere is becoming seriously good at this doesn't it!? Whereabouts was the Paragon in question? Up north? Down south?

the name of the pub is irrelevant it will be in a pub near you soon, the point i am making is there ain't much subtlety about the programming any more

tbh, although it is extreme, at least it is quite funny. you only lost 50p and a couple of minutes.

that would have made me smile. and that is a kind of prize too.
nobody ever wins on those things.

Reminds me of a time I was playing Space Quest and I'd grovelled my way to £15 for about 3500 points, only to be confronted with 9999 points for the £30. At least I got decent money for it though.
