Viva Las Vegas (old barcrest, Magnificent 7 clone) , paid £3 top on a £10 Jp.
Las Vegas Strip I think the game was. I also got all the way to the top for £4.
I also got the same treatment on a £10 jackpot JPM Snakes and Ladders once. As I stood and wondered whether it might go for maybe £20 or £30, it stopped at £4. Fucking piss-fucking-take.

your on an austin powers, you've took the first jacky, and denied the t.skill rep,
its clearly streaking and your obviously goin for mega austin for the hopeful biggy
it then completely takes the piss and cost you another 30 to get it, and then when you finally do, it just does a straight 25, leaving you worse off than you would have been if you had took the first t.skill rep
it wasnt often but it pissed me right off when it did
otherwise a class leading machine that often went for a ton
yes.. FUCKING annoying
lmao this actually happened to me about 2 weeks ago I was made up getting the true skill rep and it done what you said there lol
The old 'Next Number Will Be' on some of the older Reds. Kicking you off if you gambled the bonus and got change number, which in turn gave you the number predicted next:
Number: 7
Crystal Ball Says: "Next number will be 10!"
Gamble Bonus: Bonus gives "Change Number"
Number: 10
Go Lower: 10
Lose!
Grrr...
This made it as far as Sub Zero before (I hope!) it was fixed!
"And do you ever contradict yourself, Minister?" "Well, yes and no..."
JPM Big Bucks used to do that on the Hi-Lo Cash red lines feature. The gambles were either 100% win, or 100% lose when you got to the max point. If you had been reversing the numbers and ended up on a 1 or 12 at the max point it would spin back to the same number and lose.
No lose hi/lo, middle reel higher than an 11 gives you a 12, lower than a 12 - any number = dead.
Not on just one m/c either.
Hill Bill! Quality! My early gambling days 10p spins playing for the moonshines higher on the first middle gamble whatever the number for a roll of 11 onto the £10 which repeated 6times once. Rags to riches sometimes good for £5 - £9. Any feature other than the usual 6 thier was a bit of money to be made. Have not seen one for about two years. Made plenty of beer money off this.
how about a greasy pork sandwich served in a dirty ashtray.
This aint really the machines fault but f*cking annoying none the less, doing follow me on king kebab/austin/temple and using my mobile to remember the code (before i knew about the hold down) and getting a phone call half way through punching in the numbers in :x :x :x
