5 star red gaming, hopper

Hi do you empty the hopper the same way as a barcrest hopper?, on my bar crest i i found out today that you hold the hopper dump button then press the start button, but on my red gaming nothinh comes out do you do it a diffrent way, thanks kerry

Try putting a refill key in while doing so.

yes i did but nothing happened, that why i thought it might have a different set up, i dont know nothing about fruit machines apart from play them. thanks kerry
