£50 jackpots

Popped into the services at junction 12 tonight for a quick bite to eat and noticed two Leisure Link engineers upgrading two machines to the new £50 jackpot which comes into force on 1st April. One was a Red called Cash Or Bust and the other was an Extreme called Booze Cruise. Had to wait until midnight had passed before they turned them on but on both displays it read 90% payout. Appararently it's a new initiative for Granada services to try and get more players back due to recent bad cashbox returns according to one of the engineers. Anyway put about a tenner in the Extreme before I got a board and got all sorts of hearts,passports and ships before finally collecting £12 as I felt is was going to the old "game over" square soon. Might try the Red tomorrow and give you an update.
