If you're putting notes in, you've no doubt put a fair few nuggets in aswell, lol.
Saying that, we're all guilty of changing a twenty on the neighbourng machine to get coins, hell I've changed several notes before now on £2 transfer because I prefer to play with pound coins ( if you change £60, thats £6* worth of credits which could put you on the board anyhow).
Reminds me of (I think) Matt B's diatribe about being a fair wad into a Red - his only change outlet being an Itbox - and stating that "the last thing you want to do when you're 2 ton down is to have a f***ing quiz".
Tsk! It was actually 3 ton down. It's a wonderful turn of phrase, the last thing you want is a quiz when you're £300 down. Ah, I can imagine. A sodding Snakez playing up with a credit in, inside a pub full of sharks and cretins and you're having to listen to Jim Bowen..."Step up to the oche....take your time" sweat grrrrrr.........
Anyone put a £20 note in an Invicible to get change for the Itbox and fluked a £105 top? No? Neither have I. It'd be nice to say something like, the last thing you want when you're £1 into the Itbox is a £105 autopayout on a fruit. The landlord asked me to leave and I couldn't chase out the bullseye that was 301 starting.
Oh dear. Things are bad when these end up as one of your main earners! :x Truly shocking round these parts at present, but this usually rubbish machine has offered some hope.
Last week i had probably the best you could ever hope for on these. First board spun me a 2. Lovely. No messing around turning it red, just took normal MC for £50. To my surprise, next board started in the middle and offered 3 strikes. Not enough to tempt i carried on. Into the middle, all the way up to £35 in one go. Booted me out an deventually onto a ? mark. Collected it and was chuffed at £6 in for £85. Even more chuffed when i had a skill flash repeater. Wowsers, £120 off £6 now! Nearly did a lap of the pub when it went again off a non flash repeat for £105! £155 off £7, how awesome was that.
Today found the other one full and £5pr shotting. Took it on and got £35, load back in for £35 followed by flash £70. Only made £30 this time, but i keep doing well off them.
"Sixty percent of the time, it works, every time!"
Good man! I've never played this machine, but GM fruits can, but not often, go absolutely huge! Occaisionally, even putting Reds to shame for their profit potential. You do have to be very lucky, and have good timing, but lovely when it happens. Especially off of £7!
Bizarrely, I've no GM machines by me now...
"And do you ever contradict yourself, Minister?" "Well, yes and no..."
I only play BB and BtQ, don't go out my way for the other stuff. Needs to be in the right sort of pub.
Anyway. Start on middle ring and get 1 for --> down to ?, note this is NOT usually invincible. In fact it usually means you probably got a disc/2ss and will now get naff all or maybe £1 or rolling around. Expect a premature GO or ?.
I've never understood why the new £35 jp have only £125 hoppers, with these large streaks they do they need to be higher. would have also put in a claim for the £13, you aint doing nothing wrong and it was probably a fair bit off your profit if any was made?
