Ooh, and PS: I'm 99% sure that the "?" first move (Not off of Skill!) is IM as long as you do not Hi/Lo at all, even on 1s and 12s!! The only time I bombed out on a first-move-? was from trying to hi/lo the bonus to Red Hot. :(
