I swear on me families life lads, seriously the machine went off when from behind the bar after I got the top and started collecting as I had being in there the week boefre they said that i was standing funny and me mate was sat doen guarding me.
Tehy seized me car, took bank statements (they aint froze it) took me mum and dads laptop and raided me house (well only the rooms I use). They said I aint paying you as you have robbed us I said no they held me there saying they were going to pay me a #30 10 seconds later the police arrived slammed me in the car for fraud.
This aint a wind up its the god hones truth it really is, as if I would just make something like this up??
Anyway the solictor said that if everything checks up then they will release me but it could take upto 6 months.
And then I guess I could try and sue them.
The sad thing is I cant wel dont want to work just yet?
Just move to a different area, continue to earn - your parents will forgive you in time - its no big deal or even better go Thialand for 3months - £2000 would go a long way there
The flaw in your story anfield is that for the need for a solicitor to be involved and you to be released free of charge means there has to have been a charge laid down. Now the police don't have the power to charge anybody on somebodys accusation, They need Evidence. e.g the machine would have to be checked by an engineer and show that something is wrong with it. Then & only then would they have the power to raid your house & seize anything not on you at the time of arrest.
So it's either A) Bullshit
or B) you were doing something Illegal on it.

Wee I was done for going equpped in lancaster earlier this year, The solicitor said that they do have the power to do this as I had a refill key on me.

In all fairness to him he has admitted previously that his grammar/language skills aren't the best.
Personally, I think he had a full beard when he was 12 and played machines rather than going to school, emptying Vivids and Impulses rather than going to English and Gegraphy classes.
