Who are the only people to win the award twice (there are three of them)?

guesses but, given the bias towards certain sports:
daley thomson
ian botham
kevin keegan
nobody ever wins on those things.

Between Harry and Terry you have it it was Henry Cooper, Mansell and Hill. The internet police at work have caught up with me so this will be my last post for a while

I'll ask an open question whilst we're waiting for one of these chaps to ask a question.
Only 5 countries in the world have a name with only one syllable (6 if you count Wales)... can you name them?
