no idea but there are varying degrees of straightness.
i'd guess that the canada alaska border is straight as nothing of interest/use is anywhere nearby but all those in continental usa are slightly jagged.
so 49? altually i'd better take hawaii off too.

The answer is supposedly 1 - Hawaii - but UP is right about different levels of straightness.
