Pots of gold

Post by mr2nut »

Earlier I had a little go on this in a service station and i went 3quid in on 50p spins and go on the board, straight into the middle circle and it gave me 9quid. Now as I was in a rush I decided that was a good earner and took the cash as I was only meant to be going to the bogs lol. Would I have been totally safe to have kept spinning until I had left the inner circle and STILL been able to take the middle cashpot, or can you only collect it if your still in the middle ring? Also, is there anything on the middle ring that can totally kill you and leave you dry or is there simply arrows leaving it essentially giving you another chance?

I'm now thinking that I should have tried taking it for JP but didnt want to risk losing the 5er.

Yep, you can't lose in the middle. It boots you back to the outside board first, and you can collect it there. You can also take it on ? marks, but it does like that game over square when big pots are in play, so watch out!

Chase these from 5 strikes and you are usually quids in 8)

Absolutely gutted then! I reckon it was going to pay a lot more, it just kept spinning in wins I took 9quid assuming it could kick me off the middle without actually reading the screen properply. Was probably cos I knew I shouldnt have been on it cos I was only meant to go to the toilet. Gutted. I gave me a repeat on the 9quid but said no so does that mean it wasnt going to be paying out a massive amount anyway?

Nah, not repeating isn't really a sign as such. The best sign on these is how you get from the middle before hitting the arrow.

SO you mean, there was a good chance of a JP if I'd have kept going, but this isn't reflected in a repeat if you don't take it all the way? I really didn't know at the time that you couldn't die on middle ring so on impulse took it. I really do reckon there was a lot more to be had though from the way it was playing. Only 3quid in and it put me straight on and within 5 starts I was in the middle circle.

There is a quick £35 rip on this, has to be semi ready though. Has to three gold shot/middle board ready.

I dont think so, milking value before the machine is ready so very unlikely to go from it.

I know they have big streaks in them so was thinking/hopeing for a Panther/wobbler type of streak after a ripped pot.
