It's a strange industry. I can't think of many others where the distributors are so wary of letting the public know their retailers

Because if you're seeking them out it's because you think you can make money out of them.

This is incresingly unlikely when you consider the dirty tricks employed by games like Blockbusters 2 (recurring 'free games' as prizes) and Wank Off the Gibbon (as I think it's now called) where you have to know Barbara Windsor's starsign on the third question.

If it were possible, I'd say Gamesnets were now even tighter than itBoxes.

well they might think they can but most so-called pros don't earn enough to live on never mind dent the profits of these companies

Dmac Thats why I hate the minority of landlords who ban. I think that it would be a good idea to compile a list of pubs / landlord that bans so that there would be a player beware effect. There is nothing I like more than for somebody to go into a site after Ive been given my marching orders and win on the machine. Already mentionned but this is my list fortunately not added to for quite a while linked to the fact Im not winning much!
(1)Litten Tree Bournemouth - wont go over details particularly for the benefit of Grecian. now itbox.(2)Swan Beaconsfield still has a gamesnet.'cant come in have a cup of tea and empty machine' .didnt help when i told them the hopper held 125pounds and I was winning a maximum of £20. Old hopefully retired soon.(3) Swan Totton nr Southampton.'youre the guy who buys a soft drink and wins ' now fxxk off'.gamesnet(4) New bridge Inn soton.. Fattie thought I was fiddling machine itbox(5) Pot black snooker soton -'I know what you do'uk

may i invite my esteemed fellow london players to go to catherine street, and empty the machine in the opera? (a pub, not an opera house).
but don't go to the other pub on the road because that is mine ;)
nobody ever wins on those things.

Hahaha - when they had a fireball in the litten tree, they stuck a notice on it that read "Anyone caught doing the 'locohold' trick will be barred and asked to leave"

Since I live in Bournemouth, I can inform you it is a well known fact that the staff like to drain the fruits after hours.

Pot Black - I took alot of money out of their multigame and their club beaver uncovered for a few months I expect the heat went up after that ! Sorry.

Shortly I'll have that quiz website up and running, where a name and shame list will be at the discretion of the posters. Compile your lists !!
