Questions that made you laugh?

Post by Vidmar »

There's a few that stuck in my mind:

Which of these was a children's TV presenter?

A: Andi Peters B: Peter Andre C: Paul Gadd

What does Dumbo do at the end of the Disney film of the same name?

A: He flies B: He dies C: He takes out an AK-47 and wastes a bunch of people.

I also notice the amount of World Cup winning questions about these days, with 'Scotland' continually being a wrong answer. Very funny. Ya bassas.

Pub Quiz usually puts a few funny ones in Round 1 before it gets nasty. Often scatological too, e.g. What is the capital of England? A) London, B) Cyndi Lauper, C) A pile of horse manure.

I remember on the original Millionaire one of the incorrect answers on the celebrity questions was often "Richard Terry". Who is Richard Terry? Surely not one of these gentlemen:

My guess was one of the chaps involved in designing the game or writing the questions. The other frequently offered incorrect option was "Randy Crawfish and Prawn Ryder". I would like to see someone come up with a question to which that could be the correct answer.

Another common wrong answer was 'Krusty the Soapdodger' wasn't it?

Here's a question. Can any old skool players tell me the question to which the two wrong answers were Tiberius Blackburn and Andres Cappadocia?

Q-Time. Could the Richard Terry you mention be the same one that worked at Maygay then left to jopin Channel One Games, left them to start working exclusiveley for Revolution, no just a coincidence,,,,hmmmmmmm. Ex teacher and pro SWP player, went into Maygay office and said the games were crap and he could do better. And IMHO he did. Mind you his ego stops him getting into pubs, through the door that is, lol.

The first time I was given SECRET PORN STASH as the answer to "Things In A Shed" on PMP was fairly amusing.
