'Just Arrived in my local' Plays better?

It seems as though new machines in a local play better in the first couple of weeks of it being there. Then it gradually gets worse? Anyone agree?

For Instance, Money Spider - New in, and Money Spider streak from the bonus stack... Never had a Bonus stack Streak, or JP ever! this gave it blatently, wont happen again either.

agreed, remember a brand new red hot x a while ago absolutely flying, couldnt of played any better. Now it doesnt play half as good as it did the first week it was there.

That is because operators put high percentages on the new machines to get people to play them, once players get into it the percentage gets lowered and they make more money. Although as we know it is spread over 10,000 plays. So... must be buzzing when it first goes in.

they lower the % every 2 weeks depending on how much its taking

Same here Mjd. There is a Money Spider near me. I had a jp off the bonus stack,this to my knowledge,is the first time it has done it.

It wolud be nice if it did it more often.

Is that really true about the percentages though, I doubt it some how. It is probably just because people in the pub get used to playing that machine, knowing what features to take etc. so the machine will be more hammered more of the time.
