Barcrest v Red Gaming

Post by JamieKiernan »

Hello to all,

I seem to have fallen waywards in my gambling recently, I used to play Barcrest Machines alot, probably because they seemed to be in every pub I went to, good old Pyscho Cash Beast etc, these days, I seem to find one I like, and they all disapear, only to be replaced by Bell and Red machines. Now I tend to stay clear of these, mostly because I like the boards more on the Barcrest for the game play, rather than the Hi-Lo sense of the other games. Having been a lurker on these forums for quite a while, I have noticed threads saying, playing Red can be quite profitable.

Is that a fair comment, or should I get with the times, let my beloved barcrest machines go, and get with the Red machines?

Barcrest used to be good machines but recent efforts like take your pick are fairly dire with no real chance of consistent profit and also very little way of telling if a profit is available.
Reds on the other hand are generally quite easy to pick and if they are going should yield a nice profit.

Reds are brilliant if you know what you're doing.
If not, you are in BIG BIG trouble. Have a good look through the RED forums and inwardly digest.
