I know it doesn't sound much compared to others, but my worst result was £50 down on a Campers a few months back, which seemed to have a massive block at £10. In the end I was running out of money so after £60 in I collected £10 on the very last credit which gave me a board.

I was there man :D I had a cap on too. Those monopolys have only just been put in, they was there last week but they were not working. They were nigh on running fresh off the ram (i.e. noones ever played them). New owners, new machines.
new owners, i wondered why most of the staff seemed foreign. i knew they were new but as the golden games play properly in there i presumed they would. my mate said he saw £40ish in it whilst i was upstairs aswell so i thought id be safe to force.
i got barred from the two arcades near the funfair thing aswell for no good reason other than winning. The first arcade rang the other up so i couldnt go in the other :x hate it when arcades do that. if it wasnt for the monop it woulda been a successful day.
That'll be vegas phoning the golden sands then. I got banned from vegas 6 years ago, sneaked back in last year and got banned 3 visits later lol. I'm ok in the sands mind, but then, it's pretty dire in there. That's the place with the nice chip pacman.

How did you get on upstairs in the pier? We always find the monoploys very bad.

i have had similar experiences to those above but my worst experience has got be on the extrene Jailbirds.

It was ready first board and i was thinking nice one (silly me)

£70 in for £35 - no repeat.......still ready

£70 in for £35 - no reapeat.....still ready

£20 in for £35 - no repeat....... still ready

Really starting to get pissed off at this point.

£100 in for £70 - still ready

£70 in for £70 - still ready

£60 in for £105 - finally dies.

My head was that battered when finally came off it I could barely walk. I was on it for nearly two and a half hours, without a doubt the longest time I have ever spent one one machine.

No repeat? Sounds like you were playing the boards out for pot then. Honestly, you can usually be done with these in 10 minutes max if they are there, as every board is under 30 seconds long! :D Sod 2 1/2 hours!
