Thats why services have this smartwear stuff. If you try and break into a fruit it squirts this illuminous ink on you which can be traced by UV lights. If caught with it its 100% proof meaning you will guaranteed to be prosecuted.

BTW on the talks of robbing, has anyone heard of the two new methods of robbing fruits with the smiley facey note changers?

Crikey, what are they doing to these ones then? It really pisses me off that people go around doing this sort of thing. When I worked at the bowling alley (10 years ago now!) I caught a bunch of lads doing over a machine got the guvnor to lock the place up and call the rozzers - they all did a stretch.

:)

blowtorch eh???

dont think so mate.
the hoppers arent in the front for a start and the aim wasnt to get the hopper out but to push a certain button hidden behind the plastic using a soldering iron.
the iron was used to burn through a particular place in the plastic to dump the hoppers.seen it done several times although this is not the main way they were getting done for months as anybody who has any idea will tell you.

I think the start/collect demo mode method was a bit more legal by the sounds of it.

The best way is to take a circular saw to the wooden plinth on which the machine stands, and carve your way into the cash-box area and retrieve the booty within. First you must ask one of the Doris's in your local Shipboat to go out the back and take her time making you a cuppa. When she gets back with said refreshment, she won't notice a thing, save the fact that the machine is now a couple of feet shorter and the floor is covered in sawdust. If you go in the day after they refill, you'll have 6 days to make good your escape.

Another less crude way is to remove the main door with an angle-grinder. This allows access to the hoppers and also the note-stacker. If you're feeling brave you can remove the notes there and then and leave the door on the floor. But it's often wiser to slip out of the place and take the door with you. The notes can then be removed at your leisure.

Well that just isn't true is it. Unless i go and do stuff everything is usually ready. Since i've been back home here just over a year i have seen not one person i recognise in anywhere i go, so i'm not believing a word of that!

You can hardly call yourself a player in Quicksilver :P

I do see the same people in there of course......but i'll never see them anywhere but there. Plus nearly everyone who plays the fruits in there does their crust and hasn't got a clue what they're doing. Raiders in particular is a giggle, people might as well play it blindfolded :D
