Generally yeah- all the more likely assuming said mug was going for top too. Its far from impossible to achieve top but even going lower than a 9.
But knowing LAB several 15 to top losses are anticipated.

i had an 80 top on pulsation the other say was my first top board win that was past 40, and first time i had hit a 25 note, then someone filled it straightafter and i raged it again sooooo good
