Isn't it that big upright thing with a big video screen, a load of balls bouncing around, and you press the left button to 'accept' the ball that's just been drawn (because it's on your bingo card) or the right button to 'reject' it? Or am I dreaming again..

Thats the one, it is tampering in a way but its just so simple and does not really require much to do.
Put it this way its nothing like braking into it
Im sure you wont, im only hitting two in my area so i dont mind gettin bonus money off it before it dries up and out and gets "chipped " as the word would be as such.
