Lucky Strike - Trueskill Mystery?
Lucky Strike - Trueskill Mystery?
Watching a mate of mine playing a 25p £5 Lucky Strike earlier today, he landed on a ? on the board and it was a true skill! I have never ever seen a mystery do that before on any machine! Also I noticed it was doing slow bonuses every bonus, but the collect button was not lit (it was working on the board though).
i thought that, but thought neh he can't mean that... i've not read it right. played a phil taylor and 2 yabbas last night and had slow down on a ? twice, likes giving the extra life a lot this one [of multi add]theoak wrote:How on earth can you NOT have seen this before?! i think nearly EVERY machine has it, barcrest or otherwise!
he can't play these very often or is VERY unlucky not too have had a slow down ?.

Ok bellcrest
The mystery going true skill, is common among the Darts and Lucky Strike series
The reason its just slow, without pressing cancel, is that the same button is used for collecting the cashpot
I am sure when they were first out, many collected a cashpot when they thought it was gonna slow something down :P
I too am suprised you have not seen it before though

Seen many a mug punter lose his £5 board for that 1 throw he bothered to take on single. Youch.
