PSP hacks is also where i go, had everything i needed to get going.

Have to admit i haven't been there for a long while so knew nothing about this custom firmware!! Does the custom one allow me to play homebrew like now and newer games? If so thats awesome :P

Yes, with the custom firmware you can play the newer games, homebrew, and use all the features of the newer firmwares.

The "killer app" thing about this latest custom firmware is the ability to rip your PS1 games to the memory stick on play them on your PSP.

Its just like 1.5 but much better!

I upgraded...... but now, it sorta loads pro up but wont go to main menu with this blue screen telling me about errors etc in a million languages...

Can run the recovery but i think its my Data.dxar file? don't suppose u have the one u used?

Going on my travels to pick up the missus tomorrow so will get my pressie off her then, pretty sure its a Lego ferrari Enzo...sweet

Looking forward to giving her present to her, took ages to get it but is a 2004 Ferrari Yearbook signed by Michael Schumacher, Rubens Barrichello, Jean Todt, Ross Brawn and Luca Badoer.....should be worth a mint in time.... and yes she loves F1 and Schumacher
