Any Christmas joy with the fruits?
Any Christmas joy with the fruits?
Made a few quid this afternoon with pocket change off two Bellfruits in the local club. Club Deal or No Deal (£250 JPT / 25p) gave a £36 Banker's Offer from £2 in, whilst Club Hot Six (also £250 / 25p) gave £10 from 20p in (5p left in machine). Anyone else had any Christmas results on the fruits?
(sorry I think I may have posted this in the wrong board)

Had some fun with a round the bend while i was out clubbing last night. Was £150 off
but not playing too badly. Didn't key, so i can't understand why it was so down.....probably note changing etc. Just nipped back every 30mins or so, ripped all value from the machine (£5-10) and left it. Made me about £40 odd over the night, and helped pay for the rip off £4 a bottle drinks! :x
Did Milton Keynes on the 23rd and found some fairly amazing things there, notably a campers £4 starting, a GADD which did 2 tops (£55, £25) for about £30, a SH rip from a wobbler, and a good 25p £5 extreme for £20 odd profit. Nice times indeed

Christmas is a brilliant time to make a fruity profit - infact I'm sure we had this conversation last year!
My Boxing Day foray looked a bit like this:
Enter Wetherspoons. Sit and watch someone play Pulsation, he collects £45 and I go nowhere near it. Watch him play Holy Moley, he gambles up to the £7 win but loses the gamble - he walks off. I jump on and get a Skill Stop straight away - the gamble wins from £15 to JP but leaves me with a 6. I collect and walk off £24 up. Invincible playing great - first MS within a tenner and it pays £50, next boards all red and within £30 it pays a fabulous £75 top. I leave pub £116-ish up.
On bus, stop outside next pub to find a Grub-a-Dub-Dub £163 short. Ouch. Over the road I find a Kings Ransom has been killed, too. The Sub Zero ain't playing any better.
Into the backstreets, and I head for the pub with my favourite Global Smash'n'Grab. Arrive to find it's been replaced by a DNA - which is not just full, it was off it's tits! First pound and all but one feature lit red, the top gambles out easily (including going higher than a 6 on £10 and it threw my a 12), and the top does £50. I plough on - and after £35 through it a £75 top appears. I walk off and nick a quick £5 win from the Coronation Street in the corner.
Leave pub, head to KFC, get bus home and count coins during the journey - and find I've turned my £140 float into £358.
Tis the season to make profits!

This machine may at times offer a choice where the player has every chance of bankruptcy
I nipped into Spoons earlier, doubled JPd wobbler, £20 up. £4 in Casino Crazy and got top feature £75 (I hate those autopays when there's only 5 people in the pub but can't complain on this occasion) and won a few quid on a fairly buzzing Bully's Prize Board. Left £96 up. Might pop out now and hit a couple of Reds.
Oops! One day I'll learn that the machine in question is infact called 'Life's a Beach'. My bad.remy wrote:Are you sure about this nixxy. " DNA - which is not just full, it was off it's tits! First pound and all but one feature lit red,"![]()

I've had one of those, totally mentel weeks.
Friday. My 1st £500 for £5 in. Get the bank upto £558 along with £100ish from the non random machines
Tuesday. £169 from Monopolys and some luck on some of those BarX7s (being £10 for 4 set od bar and 1 lot of Xes, and 3 in another for 3 £10s in a row).
Wednesday. £185 for me, £185 for my mate, going halves. Were about £120 up each when we decided to hit the S16s (as Max/Rainbow had a £500 gold pot and the owner said it had been there for 3 days now). In went all our profit, all our stake, he borrowed £50 off the owner I had another £50 on me. That all went in. Right, cash machine, £100 out. £20 goes in, another, another (all Rainbow Riches). £40 left. I stick a quid that wouldn't go in into reel king, £1 a go get 1 curtain for £20! Nice, next spin 4 curtains for £250!(Gutted, if it was on £2 a go would that have been £500? 10 lines £250) Came off is with just over £300 in total. £10 into Max Million and the Pots finally roll in, silver, silver, gold, gold, gold!
£185 up each but we easily lost £600 on Rainbow riches.
Just short of £1000 for 5 days
