No, personally I think it's wrong to sell someone elses work, claiming it as your own.

Other auctions for loads of fruit machines, you know, 700meg or so is worth a couple of quid but for 40 or so machines, sent via link for £4.99 is wrong.

with regards to anyone else selling them that's completely fine, infact there is someone else selling them on ebay for £2.99 but linking to someone elses site! Surely that's worse than what i'm doing?

Anyways mate, i'm sick of explaining myself to you, you've expressed your feelings and i've answered them... Now if you want to spend christmas slating me that's fine, although it seems weird to me

People have been selling the RF manipulators you ranted about at the start of this thread for years too so by your definition its fine for them to continue too then.

Don't be so nieve, people put damn hard work into these layouts and distribute them to the FME community and anyone else they want to for nothing, your profiting from them is nothing short of pathetic leeching. Have you bothered to even ask any of them for permission?

How about donating some of that money to the scene itself so that these creations can be continued. People do actually go to some effort to get the required glass scans and such

I have the emulators on my own website which i give the details to the buyers so i'm not linking to anyone elses site and as i've already explained to a few people on here, why give somethin away if you can sell it?

Well if its so fair then please feel free to pop over to fruit forums or fruit emu and explain yourself in person. If its so perfectly fair for you to do so then shouldn't have a problem with doing it. I look forward to your response to those people that have put time and effort into getting these things. I am sure they will appreciate the money they have spent getting the fruit machine glasses and then time spent scanning these in and converting them to DX's has gone to line your pocket, such a lovely thing to do

Errr yes you are, you are passing them off as your own work on the sale, you've stated why this is but it doesn't make it excusable, simply crediting the authour at a later date just aint enough i'm afraid.

If you guys would like me to stop vising and posting all i ask is that a moderator or admin lets me know then i know my place until then i don't think there's any point in childish name calling

You can stop selling the products first, I don't care if you were the first, the last or the 500th person to sell them its no excuse either way.

So in a nutshell, if its such a fair and legitamate thing that your doing and your conscience is clean, then pop over to the sites and tell the authours of your intentions and explain to them why you feel its so fair. I'm sure the response will be worth seeing.
