New Extreme 50p Profile!

Post by Dynamike »

Called Cashalot. It has the same reels and lower board as keyable extremes. Playing on 50p gives you +6%, so the machine I was playing on was on 84%. Only £25 JP though.

Firstly, what everyone is dying to know - the set-ups: sometimes they worked and sometimes they didn't, it was weird but generally they didn't. Playing on 50p you get this extra bonus, cunningly named 'Extreme Bonus.' For an example, double stoppa. Basically you're guaranteed a board everytime unless you're really unfortunate with double re-spin, it seemed to drop in at random and is a bit pointless overall as you can still get good feature starts off the normal bonus obviously.

The super board is strange, unlike the other recent Extremes; it's a big triple-layered wheel with the better features around the outside, imagine the safecash board on Notes of the Round Table or whatever that fairly new Red is called, once you land a feature or +cashpot it knocks it out so you can hit the better thing behind it. What feature you get is determined by an pseudo arrow ala Red. You accumulate spins via the lower board like the old Extremes. There's also an unlimited spin route ala Manic Muncher. Or the 5 symbols for big money.

It was showing a £10 cashpot and £3.00 extra cash starts from within a tenner. On the extremes we know and love you can see why I thought I was in business and I inevitably got involved. Anyway, £80 later I finally got a JP which didn't repeat. No real afters and seeing as you can't rely on the set-ups sucking it was out the equation. Maybe I should have recycled and gone for another but the gameplay was so dull I just wanted to get off the thing and if the normal signs aren't indicative of it being ready then I really don't know. There does appear to be a superhold feature, it was called Stronghold. I never got a chance to take it so can't confirm for sure but on the occasions I got a nice JP rack it eliminated it or blocked it pre and post JP. Maybe someone had a £75 yesterday and it was refilled but by fuck it was tight.

Yeah, I just don't think people will play them. 50p is too much, 4 presses of a button for £2 - it's ridiculous when you think about it.

especially when the JP has'nt increased, is that beacause of higher duty?

Anyone in the know?

In fact, anyone seen a £35JP AWP on the 30p/50p dual stake yet?

The jackpot has been done, but most places do not have it because of the high licence duty. (£2000+)

Got this here now, played it today, much similar, the bonus setup works after boards but most during normal play don't. 50p play makes you able to shuffle nudges when not on the feature. Made a few quid and nudge tricked it for 6 quid, so at least it nudge tricks.

Whoa what is going on with this machine. Went to visit some mates in London and saw this. Didn't really want to play it as was on the piss but couldn't help myself and lost about £30 on it - seriously.

As mentioned above - set ups seem to work at random. For example the melon with a 2 on the left when i held the middle and right reel then spun in a 3 on the left reel for no help whatsoever. Hmmm.

Having said that the set up for the 4 to get back on the board seemed to work every time which is good i.e. orange with a 1 etc etc.

Also this was a £35 JP.

Then 2 days ago I found another 1 starting on £4 cash - played it out and after about £20 got unlimited spins which eventually gave me the five kings faces or whatever they are which went for £50 (this was a £25 JP) and then i got about £15 on afters so overall made about £45 :)

Also losing in London isn't good by the way when it's about £3.50 a pint. Also some guy came upto me telling me that he "did London" - some foreign bloke.

Are there players everywhere???! He asked me where I'd been - don't worry mate - I'm just here to get drunk...! :P

Oh and although I was drunk i'm 90% i took stronghold and it wasn't superhold. But i was a bit pissed.

I seem to remember having a good win for superhold and it being something else. Something crap as well from what i remember.

Yeah, I was only speculating it was superhold due to the name, and everytime I set up a rack it blocked it.
