1p a go mustards , and 2p rat races , ace chace , fruit cracker , step n skip , blue streak , win-a-gain, spoof , master spy etc , lol ,,,,,,,

I remember one with Aaron on the symbols. I didn't realise they were the manufacturer, they always looked a bit like Action Pack, the sort of stuff 'crest were turning out, so I just figured it was some wierd jackpot symbol 'crest had made up. When on the run it'd drop the cashpot thing and roll in the three Aarons. I remember doing brains (£6) in one on holiday once.

back then 8quid up on 2p £1.50 jp's was a mega day ,
sausage chips n beans in the arcade cafe 80p
a mastertronic / codemasters / fire bird £1.99 commodore 64 / spectrum game to take home
27p bus fayre home ,,,,,, and still a massive float left for tomorrow
now you cant get a board with 8 quid .
you young uns dont know ya born , pass me my slippers and a bag of werthers

This machine was called 'housey housey' my dad worked for a fruit machine company in the 80's and he came home every weekend with brand new table top video machines for me to play and then take it back on a Monday...
Galaxian was great... on free play.
The owner let the staff buy the machines and we played them with tokens at homes!!!
You could adjust the coin mech from 10p play to 2p play.
I know my posting on here are very sparse... but going to work with my dad fixing fruits and video games in the 80's was great for me...
those were the days (yes must be getting old) when the landlord offered me a coke and crusty bread roll with cheese in and my dad half a beer cus he was working !!!!
