fruit'n'nudge coin sorting help (also anyone have a mpu?)

hello could anyone help me fix why all silver coins are going down a dead end route on my fruit machine instead of into the bottom cash boxes?

when I bought the machine it was fitted with a c435a coin mech that I couldn't get to route the coins correct so ive now replaced it with a sr5i mech but still have the same problem.i have a routing plug but its not fitted at the minute,also it only has 4wires in it,should there be more?

any help would be appreciated as im pretty stuck, cheers

o last thing,does anyone have a epoch mpu board?

sr5i mech may be set on eeprom routing, which may not be any use to you

what connections are you using on the sr5i?

can u post a picture?
