It looks like both hoppers are jammed, you should hear the call attendant voice, and there are two lamps on the front of the cabinet and they could also be on,if you open the door just below the chutes there is a switch to test the hoppers and if they still don't work you will have to take the hoppers out and strip them down to find the jammed coins,if they have jammed and overlapped each other in the escalator, you will have to strip that down as well because it buckles the guides

Morning lee thanks for help I can fill the hoppers and using the hopper dump I can empty them through the machine. The insert coin slots on the lower part of the machine should a ten pence drop in the top when one is inserted .... Cheers Lawrence

Yes, when you put a ten pence in ,it will automatically send a coin out of the top of the corresponding hopper unless it hasn't detected a coin going in,but when you put a coin in the front coin flap opens

Hi not sure if its detecting coins as when I place coins in lower slot the flap does not do anything, its only when £1 coins are added you get credits for the value of coins added Did try cleaning sensors on coin slots but no change Also is there anyway of finding out what the values mean in the step menu thanks Lawrence

That flap on the front stays shut to stop the machine being pulled forward and the coins dropping into the payout tray and only opens when a coin is put in,so if both sides aren't working there has to be something common to both of them,

here is a manual for an elvis pusher from harry levy, it runs on the same main board so pretty sure the settings are the same
