Barcrest Revolution volume adust.

hi recently picked up a barcrest revolution and it works fine, apart from the fact its mighty loud.
I am unable to find access the menu that will allow me to vary the sound level. theres nothing manual to adjust so I am assuming it a software adjustment. the refill key doesn't seem to help in this instance. any help much appreciated.

turn the refil key with the doors open, there is a volume control there..

Or turn the refil key with hold 1 down. Or hold 2, or even 3. Can't remember. It's one of them.
