So how have you acquired this bacterial bladder infection? Poor downstairs hygiene? Or coprophilia? I believe women are my prone to them than men because if they wipe from 'back to front' bacteria can be spread direct to the Urethra. Surely in men you would either have to be turning your underpants around periodically before washing; pushing your willy up the poo-hole; or wearing adult nappies to avoid unwanted toilet breaks during 12 hour London fruit playing jaunts?

The dole has become more hassle and bullshit than its worth. Signed off a few months ago and started claiming working tax credits instead, and I keep a small business idling along. (Surveys/Mystery Shopping/Ebaying). Still go out slotting after "peak" times, after football, wage days etc.

It's not only free: it's magic. The people that work in the NHS get paid in magic beans, and the hospitals are summoned into existence by Wizards.

well no, not free, but they are paid with borrowed money, PFI for hospitals, gilts for the wages all basically on a credit facility... the government get a fat % back in taxation, but then they have to further payout(borrow) to meet unfunded pension obligations.

so long as they paying these doctors upto £1200 a day this time of year, specialists in A+E anything up to 5-6k a day, even your emergency nurses £30 a hour... all out of what people of this country produce in the future then I have no issue with people using the service, who if they don't pay now, they will pay eventually.

its now being tackled to a certain extent to put up barriers on those using these services that are comming over here to abuse the services.

one thing you can be assured of its certainly not underfunded, it can mop up as much finance they dare throw at it. How some of the contracts are setup and maintained is the issue. Understaffed not really, you can increase staff numbers, but that would not equate to better quality or speed of care, far more to it than that. Poor management of resources is an issue also, such a bit organisation, which is actually lots of smaller organisation that work to different rules under the same brand.

some doctors and nurses are in it for the job satisfaction, but the old weeze that nurses are poorly paid is compleate bullshit.
