Was it on for 2? (Lucky Strike)

Post by Dunhamzzz »

Location: Busy Bowling Alley
Refill Day: Yesterday (today being Tuesday)
Refill Reading: 64.

I was initially put off even trying for a board at 64 off, i mean, for it to be that much off with only a monday and tuesday passed, the 2 worst days i thought that 64 was a bit shite.

My mate tried for a board with a 5er, got with 4 and it true-skilled. admittedly it was only a £4 board but i bought it off him for a £5er. Was playing weird, every bonus i had went up! £10 in later i got flash which went for £38. Next board... true skilled again !?!? I was a bit confused got up2 sharp shooter and £4 with a 9 cashpot. hit my 2nd ? and collected.

What im thinking is, was it there for another one? I mean it DID go a nice big 38 the first time around, even though it was a flash. Or was the flash a sort of free win which didnt alter the streak it wanted to do anyway?

If id have got upto or past Reel KO ir £7 id have defo pushed. Needless to say, im gonig there 2morrow and once its had about £20 put in it will be defo worth a force.

I think a lot of the barcrest m/cs such as the darts machines and others such as LS seem to throw in IM boards (Flash) when it is least expected. in my opinion... they are like hidden JPs for many of the 'unwary' punters and too be fair can be quite hard to spot.

You prob done the right thing to leave it when you did :D The flash is like a 'fluked' JP board which the m/c offers at unexpected times. Well thats when ive experienced them.

I didn't even know LS could do a flash board. Every time i've had JP its never flashed. The only recent one i've seen flash is TAW.

I've never had consecutive JP boards on it dun, so i can't really comment. Best i've had is a £50 SIR followed by an £8 board.

They can do 2 but its rare
They like to do a flash followed by a good cash pot board
I think you did the right thing

Lucky strike does have a random flash.

I recall in the good old days (when i had one unchipped) i had a rather long session of hot shotting it and getting nowhere and then it decided to flash and done £42 or thereabouts.

It will also throw in random let em spin £7's etc on occasion
