If you got a job Jack its alot more rewarding than sitting in front of wardrobes with reels. Machines are a means to an end for most people. With kids on the way , you want to be able to support them the best you can and playing fruit machines isnt the most stable of incomes. Good luck with the twins jack mate. I work part time in a local school renting and maintaining a 3G 7 a side pitch. This is on top of working full time as an apprentice decorator. I'm officially out of my time on friday and I'll just be working day here and there if my gaffs needs a hand because I'm going to focus a bit more on fruits I'm going to hammer them and save it. I've been working 70 hours a week last 3 year and fruits on top. Going to travel a bit and see places witch is the good part about machines.

Seaside town aint it. Local firm still putting out alot of old fruits. they have got some new bits bust still put alot of there old stuff round the centres.

me personally , never worked , in the '' conventional '' job sense ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, but i will debate anyone who thinks we dont work for our money ,,,,,,,,, i cant stand anyone who thinks it isn't work , and that we're just loafing about playing bandits etc ,,,,,,,,,,,,, we still have to put the hours in , i was up at 7am yesterday , then out from 7.30 am till 5am this morning straight ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, we did have an exceptional day though






on a seperate note ,,,,,,,, can i ask you dean ,,,,,, how do you manage 12 holidays in a year ?

thats ( im assuming ? ) one week out of every month ? ,,,,,,,,,, even with a cheap easyjet fayre and hotel expensis , plus spending money etc ,,,,,,,,,, how the hell do you manage it ? ,,,,,,,,,,,,, you must be out solid during the other 3 weeks with hardly any sleep lol ?

basically mate I got to amsterdam 4 times a year as there is 4 music festivals I go.... I go tenerife twice to see me mate who works there now just for 3 days.... and do all the europa league away games following liverpool!! 2 years ago that was 2 qualifiers and 5 others upto the semi final!! prague, napoli, bucarest, budapest, trabsonzpor and a couple others i cant think of off the top of me head!! bearing in mind these are only wed to friday!!! I dont mean 2 weekers lol!

Some Pro's/Players work a couple of days a week, others six or seven.
Depends on your family or social life.

I can say (maybe sadly) that I don't have much in the way of a social life. And anyone who knows me will say I'm a workaholic. Fucked up many relationships in the past because of it but just can't change.

Relaxing is hard aswell. What do you do? Just sit in front of the television all day?

Yeah yarmouth mate, But its very rare i will play a machine in yarmouth. mostly lowstoft of outskirts. Other than that i travel mainly. I still come across loads of old fruits tho.
