Amen to that.Dynamike wrote:They're not massive earners induvidually, but you shouldn't lose on them, even the chipped ones are quite profitable. Due to the sheer fact there's so many around I don't even need to risk playing anything else. Found a couple more unchipped ones this week in great locations![]()

I'd say they are pony. I play machines not to just win money, but from the enjoyment of playing. Should I nudge this in, should I step to that, should I gamble my bonus, should I gamble my feature, should I swap this trail to that, and so on. You may guess from that the types of machine I'm referring to!
I just don't find press, press, press, dead, much fun at all...
Probably stems from me starting off in the JPM 'skill-based' days, where there was skill involved on a lot of different features. If someone could point out one skill based feature on a recent Extreme...
Still, each to their own, and if some of you guys love 'em, I perfectly respect that choice, the same way I hope you can respect my choice...!

Gotta agree with Vinyl here,
Dont enjoy the gameplay, theres people "doing" them....Never properly learned the set ups, heard too many horror stories round here of beatings/barred for keying, so didnt key.....Also just found the collecting 2,3 quid all the time boring. Didnt take me long to decide i didnt like them, plus theres no variation in ANY of them.
rather stick to my Red's and Crests.
King.

Reel Skill on Manic Muncher :P I know what you mean though, the most thought that goes into one of these is wondering if you have enough nudges for those blue sevens or if the barman has clocked Mr 87000. Not quite as interesting as DNA but alas, it's easy and almost guaranteed profit.Matt Vinyl wrote:I'd say they are pony. I play machines not to just win money, but from the enjoyment of playing. AWP - Amusements with prizes.WarrenD8177 wrote:always nice for a few quid and u never know might even get the JP rip so i have so say these are worth playing.
fuck the game play, at the end of the day everyone who plays fruits play to win money, so how can anyone turn down easy money??
I play for the entertainment and usually end up even or slightly up.
I would have to play for hours / days on end to make a profit worth getting excited about so it will always be fun for me.

Agree. If you don't play them to make money, what's the point?
Extremes are guaranteed no losers at the end of the day. I'll agree they are tedious and all that, but its free money. How many times have you put £10 into a machine and got no board or a dead board? The £10 you make on an extreme could save you that £10 and ball ache. People not trying/playing these are just missing out....
