best players???

this is just a random post designed to stir up a bit of a debate. Where in the country has the highest concentration of pro players and where are the best players found? also as a bonus question who is the mythical top boy(s) who I've heard mentioned over the years but never actually met does he (they) exist?

Yeah I know he exists!! Met him in Oxford gala and that's where the I've done everything in a 50 mile radius started coming out.

maverick definitely the best in the country,figured out 99.9% of all tricks and emptiers,deffo no robot,certainly a top boy.

yes they do exist,
in every city up & down the country there are atleast 1-2 top players.
