always a tough call on what drink to buy in a pub.
it's about calibrating the locals.
beefeater/harvester etc - can get away with a mineral water every time.

shithole boozers - bottle of becks/bud/holsten - gave up buying pints in really rough places as i notived one place didn't even bother washing the pint glasses.

like cannonvall says - a good breakfast is key. all too easy to either have a mcdonalds breakfast or skip breakfast completely. makes you feel sluggish and a decent breakfast costs little and will keep you going all day

anything has got to be better than what some fella i used to play machines with for a while used to have .... a red bull, large packet of wotsits and a twix.

we've all done it - eating fast food halfway through a day and getting that pound coin taste :|

When people feel like shit, they don't look after themselves and look like they feel, sometimes even smell like it (and piss).

I've been seen many a time looking scruffy, but not recently as I've not really been seen. Skill roulette days I lost weight and dressed well.

At times people have seen me looking scruffy, probably think because of it that I am always that way, 1st impression is never forgotten so basically to some I will always be remembered the day I was seen looking rough!

despite me brushing my teeth every morning ,,,,,,,,,,, and occasionally at night ,,,,,,,,, and ive never smoked ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, my teeth are terrible ,,,,,,,,,,,,, i think daily j20's and cokes take their toll.

as for designer wear ,,,,,,,, my mrs lives on ebay ,,,,,,,,,,, so ive got loads ,,,,,,from barbour to gucci ,,,,,,,

but for slotting , its best to stick to casual middle ground.

its no good going into estate boozers in your swankiest gear and smelling of money.
Little discipline = BIG issue

I love me designer gear but you won't catch me paying full price unless I'm desperate for something.

I went manchester in the sales just after xmas & also the lyle & scott website had a big polo shirt sale on which is now on it's way & brown bag clothing is a very good online site for gear. Don't think I've ever payed over £100 for a garment.
