I revisited fairly recently and a playable that is normally alive in some locations was mullered.
Brum is like any major city in that you can catch things going anywhere at any time, but it has its sweet spots and its not so sweet spots.
As for Solihull, Knowle, Olton blah blah blah blah run, well what can I say? Golden day has gone hasn't it? Aliens in Assembly and Masons, Electros in O'Neills, unchipped paki in the OT up the road. Digger in the Sadlers, later on ESB in Hogshead. Of course the real golden day was p1 dial in masons, p1 pause in Barley Mow pre O'Neills, p1 dial Totesport.
Feck knows what is there now, one or two bits, but whatsisface covers it 'every day'. I don't know when you went Glendale, but these days Solihull seems a bit more covered.
Lol!

Whats an "Unchipped Paki"?

Yes, about 15 years ago.

Was chucking it down with rain and although the golf course was looking great, the quality of the golf was appalling.

Saw Sam Torrance hole a 20-footer on the 6th.

Agreed - the outskirts have hundreds of pubs and can't easily be covered.

Some of those outer-lying pubs are a disgrace, too - and you wouldn't wanna hang around in many of them, let alone win.
