It seems to me that in most cases the early info goes to the wrong, non deserving people.

Well most times (if not every time) the info gets leaked out to Tom, Dick and Harry long before the people who get early info would surely desire.

So somebody who gets the info early is non deserving wouldn't you say. Or some people, that I wouldn't know. It doesn't get leaked without somebody from the early info category being a bit loose with their lips!
