o.k here goes let's keep it nice and simple , 10 pound stakes advised .

1st race the favourite wins by about 8 lengths
2nd race no1 ,if non runner ,add 1 and so forth
3rd race e.w advised on one of the outsiders,pick one at random.
4th race pick one beginning with m or s
5th race is a straight forecast 3rd fav beats fav
6th race tricky one this ,could a filly though.

7th race abandoned because it was in Ireland and a 50/1 was allowed to win in a blatant envelope job race and the punters found out!

This actually happened. Wasn't 7th race though.
To talk much and arrive nowhere is the same as climbing a tree to catch a fish.

Them nights are the worst George. I just get a kebab on the way home and chuck Lee Evans on to ease the pain. You need rain and sunshine to create a rainbow though!
