Woah, calm down dont take it personal. It was a generalisation. I am sure you take lots of interest in your family.

Thing is people come into work and talk about BB & love island all day long, they never even mention theirselves or what they have been up to.

I just think it is kind of sad that these sort of programs are so popular at the expense of people getting on with their own lives.

Again this is a generalisation and not aimed at you debz

Im sorry i went off on one, as i said to Mattb i am giving up smoking and its sooo stressful.

She looked after him for about a year but when he wasn't really making it i heard she dropped him as she doesn't have the time.

Sorry aint been on the site for a while, been off them 2 weeks yesterday

first week was the worst! i was so stressed i could have picked a fight with my own fingernails lol.

I tried Zaiban... it really does the trick (and no, I don't have shares in them). .. it makes you almost feel sick if you try and smoke a fag.

I have heard tales of psychological side effects, but I've never experienced them.
