What's your biggest most mental gamble? Maybe a day that started out all wrong that got steadily worse? A big tip you got that went wrong which you chased all day? A little roulette gamble that went out of control? Just general being pissed off that resulted in tragedy.... OR the biggest, most MENTAL win you ever had, all on some crazy whim that made you a fortune.

Silliest thing i've done in one hit is a £350 spin in a casino on roulette. I'd been on a sesh all day and therefore had lower levels of thought.

Even more stupid of me was that it came in for £800 odd, the majjority of which was spent in there over the evening. Good night though

£1500 on a 500 Elvis, went casino after with £500 put on black for £1,000 left on for cashbacks and lost.
3 x £1,000 spins on roulette - all lost!
£700 most on fobt

I really would need so many pages but here are my highlights:

£20000+ RAISE on a £120 bet...followed by...
£15000 LOSS on blackjack (although I was up £20000 on a bet at the time) in online Live Casino
£20000 RAISE the following day on the same online casino on blackjack again... but lost £5000 back on the nags and £11000 back on blackjack
£3000 x 5 on FOTBs but 4 times got almost all money back on all but 1 where I lost the lot
£3000 x 2 on Rainbow Riches (the highlight was getting 2 RAINBOW RICHES FULL SCREENS for my money)!
Endless raises between £2000-£15000 in casinos which I've then either lost back that night or gradually "given back"
many bets of well over £1000 in 1 race.

1 particularly heartbreaking episode was online Live Roulette... refused to repeat my £1000+ bet, scaled it down to £100 for £980 raise... would have got £14000 back if I'd repeated as my best number came in! Lost £5000 back that night because it did my head in!

Most I have ever made is 239 pound in a day (when I say a day its usually 5 hours tops after work) . I'm not full time and has never had an empty. Lately iv had a few 180s (not darts lol). Been down quite a bit but not quite 200. I don't play roulette black jack or 500s. Had little goes but nothing like the above. Starting from last week I have got a diary and I am making note every day I'm out like up or down whatever. Then a week total because I never no were I am some weeks. You guys must have some cash behind yas, or 'had'.

I got carried away chasing losses in an arcade to the tune of £65. That was pretty bad considering I normally budget £20 maybe £25. Thankfully that was in late 2007, so not recent.

How about that dude who sold everything he owned down to the shirt on his back, then put it all on a single colour on roulette, fair play to him because he won, thats some punt though! For me if things keep going wrong i'll probably go £200 down max and write the day off.

Ahh Scott, I think that was a TV programme called Double Or Nothing. I don't watch TV but I remember reading about it on the web. It was a few years ago.

that bloke was a genius! He couldn't lose! Perhaps he would have won more if he'd lost, he'd have been paid for countless interviews, people would be so concerned about what happened to the "poor" bloke.

3000 pound spin in a single gamble.... now im a stats guy ive got every penny ive ever wagered and on what form of gambling i wont give you my fruit results but i will give u a few others.

sports + 1838 football bets etc
poker+ 28,399 got lucky in a big tourney
casino roullette -14,659
casino black jack +8854
fobt -7600 learnt my lesson early
fruit machines + ???

i only play fruits now, dont enter casinos to play table games...like some guy on here once said when u have won and lost tens of thousands on other forms of gambling its too hard to put in the hours on the fruits. i stay well away from any other forms of gambling. i will occasaionly play poker
