Bulbs remain lit problem

Hi new to this iste and fruitmachines.

I have recently purchased, on ebay, a bell fruit club golden grid machine (2003 model i think)

There are roughly a dozen bulbs which remain fully lit from power on, can anyone shed any light! on how i should go about fixing this issue??

It is usually a board fault. We do have them in for £24.99 including P&P.
