Remember cannon you cant stop off in pubs while on your lessons, and if you do get 10 mins on your test of driving where you like.. Remember the examiner wont be impressed if you stop and show him a corner on an alien cause you was "passing the place"

i remember on my Test I stalled at the lights (on a hill too) and had the 'holy crap' moment. I dunno if examiners look at such things, but if I was doing my test tomorrow id stall on purpose, then do the restart procedure quickly, and calmly. Surely something like that can only go in your favour?

Weird I know..

I did the new test in November. The 10 minute independant drive was fine - you can confirm directions with your examiner as long as you ask at an appropriate moment i.e at lights. Even if you go the wrong way as long as you do it safely its fine. Only had to do one manouvre too which was good. I stalled twice but it's only a minor aslong as you restart safely. I had 65 hours tuition - it took me ages to master it, I blame my age - 30 lol, mind you I didn't have any car to practice in inbetween lessons. Best thing I ever did.
Up the fucking dosage!!!!
