I think I know already....but where do I stand!?
For some bizarre reason, I left work and went over the road to get my car, and gotdrawn into the local arcade on the high street.
Was greeted by tongue and groove wall coverings and an air of suspicion. Oh and the offer of a coffee which was nice.
Anyway, the only £70 they had was an alien so i thought I would try a tenner. Whisked through and no board. Tried a further 20. No board. Another 2 or 3 in and the coin mech jammed so the old dear came out to try to get it going again.
A feeble effort on her part and needless to say the machine was having none of it.
I asked her to call her boss, as I had parted with 30 quid and expected something back soon...ish. She just took my number and said he will call me after the engineer has been. Surely all the engineer will say is "yep coin mech is broken (as per the display)".
As I performed to my side of the contract, ie: spent money on their gaming machine, should they not have to perform to contract and provide a machine that actually works?
.....or do I just not have a leg to stand on!?
Answers and opinions appreciated!

Unless you had a win in the machine, there is shite all you can do mate and the boss of the place won't give a shiny. Sometimes if I am stupid and try to force a machine, after a £100 balls deep I start thinking "What the fuck could I do here if the machine decided to throw a wobbler?", and then I think "Fuck all".
ops:

how about a greasy pork sandwich served in a dirty ashtray.

If you get people asking questions and your answer to them all gets them excited, sell them the location because there are a few ass wipes on here who shaft people. You could go with them and they say shit like "No, its no good mate" and then as soon as your gone they turn back round and smash them for all their worth, sneaky fuckers. :x

I am so sorry to hear your sad story, maybe if you can tell me the location, i will get my revenge on the alien machine for you. :P" wrote:Well Ive got 2 within 50 metres of each other right over the road! Just a shame I obviously dunno how to play them! One of them is in a pub which opens for 3 hours a day which is a bit weird!

I had a coin mech fail when 80 into a jackpoteers. Not ideal, but part of the risk you take.
Bored of the grind.
