I'm surprised that a fool-proof machine has'nt been made? I know nothing about the various ways to get the money out of various machines with various tools, but it must be a problem to invent such a machine else it would have been done already? Or maybe there will always be a way around it no matter what the manus come up with? Either way it must be a major ball ache and has cost them ridiculous money over the years.
