Thought ultra pros started with bakers and milkmen about three and were stopping for lunch by seven and knocking off by eleven.

Ah, 'Milkman Hour' - that used to be when the session ended for me. Although I'm talking 10+ years back now.

Say if you went in 20 pubs in a day and on average the drink was £1.90. Based on your rate of play Jack you would be saving £13,832 on drinks each year.
So, he is in effect, saving what some people earn in a year.
But there's the flip side. He's now barred from 18 pubs which has always had a playable, on each visit twice a week he was making £100, as he wasn't buying a drink they barred him. Resulting in lost revenue of £187,200
