You didn't say you was driving in the snow on the first post, I thought you was on foot, and the cold was going to stop you.

Took 3.5 hours to get to work this morning - a 3 mile journey. Stayed there for an hour. Got home at 21:00!

(A detour that netted me £220 was included in that travelling home time - the P4 Alien hinted me for a 1?! and £20 later went to the corner again, quite pleasantly. :) Also chased a £70 cashpot to round things off - the trudge home was unpleasant though - staying in tomorrow.)

my birds (well, not quite together officially yet but if all goes well it wont be long lol) well yeah, her dad was stuck on the A2 at about 10am in his lorry, and he had managed to get to the M25 by about 1pm, which is where he is now is parked up on, literally stuck where he is, so he has stuck the night heater on and is trying to get some kip, as he has no food or ought with him, best thing he can do is go to sleep.

whereas barely 40 miles away where i am, near ely, there as been the sum total of about half an inch of snow if that, but it is fookin freezing cold tho!!

Fucking mental it was today getting back, took like 2-3 hours from crawley - 7oaks!!! Had some pretty hairy moments on the way back too!!! Had to drop Tony in caterham and he had to walk it back a couple of miles as no cabs/trains running... felt a bit bad, but there was NO WAY in hell I was getting up that hill to caterham on the hill!
