Why the fuck should I, or ANY decent honest British citizen feel as though we ought to chip in to keep these dirty, murdering animals?
Do you support yourself solely from fruit machines?

The time most people get to 65 there won't be a state pension. There aren't enough people contributing and most people will be living to average age of over 80 by then. Best save as much as you can for yourself (no point in investing ATM with no inflation) and hope for the best.trayhop123 wrote:mcstreaks best ever post ,,,,,,,,,,, so so true
im glad im not in the system,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, and fuck the state pension too .
just have the willpower to put money away each week and control your own future.

On a slight side note, I got a phone call from HSBC this afternoon about my account saying I need to convert it into a business account to be still allowed to bank with them! Apparently my 'income' is too high for an unemployed person with a personal account!

I'm assuming that's an ironic joke post.trayhop123 wrote:pokerpete , your obviously an intelligent man ,,,,,,,,,,, and im not gonna get into the should we shouldn't we pay tax argument ,,,,,,,,,,,,
but your clouded if you think us full time pro's dont contribute anything to society .
look at how much more we spend towards our economy than average joe ,,,,,,,,,,,,, petrol for starters ,,,,,,, huge
then all the mod con's , useless gadgets we dont need , expensive designer clothes, etc etc ,,,,,,,,,, our general food bills are dearer because were not tied to an aldi budget etc.
all the un-necessary things we admittedly dont need , with our disposable income .
now put that into perspective with average working joe and his take home £260 a week , which is eaten up in bills ,,,,,,,,,,, ,,,,,,,,,,,,, yes he may be paying his taxes . but his spending rate is miniscule in comparison .
who contributes more to society ?????? dont make me laugh
Good one

In fact it's tax payers money that is being spend on protecting selfish fuckers who think they're above chipping in.
To suggest not paying tax is some sort of moral stance against terrorist foreigners it ridiculous.

Same thing. A full time pro fruit player needs a car for the job. Without it it's near on impossible. If no car then train fares/buses/taxis would probably work out even more than the runnage of a cargambogaz1 wrote:Their accountants will make sure there net profit comes as close to £6,475 as possible. Dealing in cash means the accounts are easy to fiddle but they've still gotta look half believable. So all claims for car expenses would be allowed as that's what's needed for their job.

I salute your work ethic sir ! Sadly lacking in today's society.pokerpete wrote:I do niether, but if I lost my job tomorrow I'd be working minimum wage monday somewhere while I looked for better.
I'd also be suplimenting that income with poker.

Unemployment as a life style choice is nothing to be proud of.
People grinding out a living on minimum wage contribute more to society.
your the one who must be joking now ,,,,,,,,,
lets look at all 3 of your points
1, yes they do admittedly , but miniscule in comparison ,,,,,,,,,, average joe takes home £260 a week ,,,,,,,, we take an average 500-700 ,,,,,,,,,,, so as for contributing to the economy ,,,,,,,,, you do the maths.
2, were self employed ,,,,,,,, end of ,,,,,,,,,,,, so proud doesn't come into it. ,,,,,,,,,,, guess you've been brought up with the old chestnut '' a conventional job is the be all end all of human existence , if you dont have one , then your scum of the earth lowlife draining everybody else''
3, elaborate please,,,,,,,,,,,, how?
overall pete , i think that you have a very jaded opinion of the modern full time pro,,,,,,, we have evolved from the lowlife seaside pikey scumbags,( well apart from gary lol),,,,, into responsible adults who arnt draining anything from anyone , and simply chose to live our lives outside of the system.
ps ,,,,,,,,,, if this is some sort of jeremy beedle wind up bollocks ,,,,,,,, then well done , ive took a big bite :P

you're about month away from a call from the police for money laundering.. get whatever cash you have saved and at home changed up into £20's and pay the whole lot into either a safety deposit account or stash it at a trusted relatives place... and close the account you have.sir ratholer wrote:On a slight side note, I got a phone call from HSBC this afternoon about my account saying I need to convert it into a business account to be still allowed to bank with them!
